ROSE Project – YouTurn

With the beginning of a new university year this project has started. The main objectives of this project are:
– the increase of provability degree
– the increase of retention rate
at the end of the first university year at Energy Engineering and Industrial Management Faculty from University of Oradea.

School dropout for certain students, with a special situation, after the first year at faculty is very high.

Through coaching and personal development programs, guidance and support, professional advice and career orientation, study visits, workshops the students will be supported to finish their undergraduate studies. Also by attending to scheduled activities the students should have an increase motivation for learning, scholar performances, an easy access to educational services leading to increase of provability tare of these at the end of the project.
